A call to action by the Irish Youth Foundation, Vhi’s Charity Partner

Vhi have been partnered with the Irish Youth Foundation since 2017. In this time you have directly supported 270 young people in projects in Cork, Limerick, Donegal, Galway, Kilkenny & Dublin through Run for Fun.

This year, the team in Vhi have grown your support and commitment to young people’s wellbeing and launched the Vhi Health & Wellbeing Fund. This fund will support young people around the country with their mental health.

This fund has arrived at a time of crisis for young people in Ireland and will directly impact 12,000 young people nationwide.

The Irish Youth Foundation’s Mission:

Before Covid-19, thousands of children living in Ireland were already slipping through the cracks. Then the youth projects, which for many young people were the only lifeline of stability they had, closed overnight. Immediately these vulnerable young became even more isolated from the support and youth workers they so desperately needed. Now we need your help.
